Our Craftsmanship Warranty

At Adverge Marketing, we stand behind the technical integrity of our builds. We define "Craftsmanship" as the delivery of a functionally sound, high-performance digital asset that aligns with the specific design brief agreed upon at the start of your project.

1. The Adverge Quality Framework

Every website and digital page we create is guaranteed to be functionally live and free of critical deployment bugs at the time of launch. Our framework ensures that your site is optimized for modern browser standards and ready for immediate business use.

2. Warranty Duration & Limits

Because every business has unique technical requirements, specific warranty terms are detailed within your individual Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, our standard craftsmanship warranty follows a "First-to-Expire" model:

Time Limit: Two (2) months from the date of website launch.

Usage Limit: Five (5) minor web changes (including SEO metadata updates).

Expiration: The warranty is considered fulfilled and expired once either the 2-month window closes OR the 5th minor change is completed—whichever occurs first.

3. Third-Party & Environmental Exclusions

Our warranty covers the code and configurations created by Adverge Marketing. To maintain legal and technical clarity, the following are strictly excluded from our craftsmanship warranty:

A. Platform Outages: Issues arising from third-party infrastructure including GoHighLevel, Cloudflare, Namecheap, or Microsoft Clarity.

B. Search Engine Behavior: Variations in Google Search Indexing, AI Overviews, or ranking fluctuations.

C. Client-Led Errors: Any dysfunction caused by unauthorized edits, DNS changes, or third-party tool integrations performed by the client or a third party. This warranty is void if the client or any third party modifies the website, installs plugins, alters code, or makes changes that affect functionality.”

D. External Updates: Changes to browser rendering engines or OS software that occur after the project launch date.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you encounter a technical dysfunction within your warranty period, please follow these steps to ensure a priority fix:

Contact: Email [email protected] or message your dedicated Account Manager.

1. Verify: Attach a copy of your service receipt, signed contract, and date of service.

2. Document: Provide clear evidence (photos or screen-recording videos) of the dysfunction, error, or mistake.

3. Detail: Include a brief set of instructions on how to recreate the bug so our developers can diagnose it immediately.

5. Exclusive Remedy Clause

“In the event of a valid warranty claim, the client’s exclusive remedy is the repair or correction of the affected portion of the website. Adverge Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.”

6. Third‑Party Services Disclaimer

“Adverge Marketing is not responsible for downtime, performance issues, or failures caused by hosting providers, domain registrars, third‑party integrations, or external platforms.”

7. Legal Disclaimer:

Adverge Marketing does not guarantee specific business results. This includes, but is not limited to, increased web traffic, lead volume, sales conversions, or specific search engine rankings. Our warranty applies strictly to the technical craftsmanship and functional performance of the website as a digital product.

Note: This page provides a general overview of our quality standards. In the event of a conflict between this page and your signed Service Agreement, the terms of the signed Agreement shall always remain the final legal authority.
